Online booking platform for a major auto-glass franchise.
Customers of a major auto-glass franchise book their appointments online. As part of the platform team, I build new features, fix bugs, extend the end-to-end tests, and built a new internal portal from scratch.

The setting
The booking platform is where customers make their appointments, connected to the branch network and the scheduling backend. It is built by a Scrum team of about ten developers, and I work inside that team like everyone else: dailies, refinements, reviews and retros, remotely.
Details about the client stay confidential, so this case study is short. I’m happy to say more on a call.
What I work on
- New features for the booking platform, from ticket to production.
- Bug fixes across the codebase.
- End-to-end tests: extending the suite so more of every release is checked automatically.
- A new internal portal, built from scratch.
What that means for your team
Most of embedded work is fitting in. I take my tickets from the team’s board and follow its review rules and its definition of done, like everyone else. That’s what staff augmentation means to me: senior capacity inside your process, without a new hire.
