White-label app generator: client apps in hours instead of weeks.
Every restaurant that signs up with this hospitality SaaS gets its own app, in its own branding. That used to take several weeks of manual work per client. I designed and built a generator that does it in about two hours, from configuration to store upload.

The problem
A white-label app sounds like a copy with a new logo. In practice, every client needs its own name, icons and colors, its own signed builds, and a release in the App Store and on Google Play. Done by hand, that took several weeks per client, and every manual step was a chance for mistakes. The more restaurants the SaaS signed, the bigger the bottleneck.
The generator
I designed and built a generator that turns a client configuration into a finished app:
- It reads the client’s configuration: branding and settings.
- It generates the Ionic app in the restaurant’s branding.
- It builds and signs the iOS and Android versions.
- It uploads both to App Store Connect and Google Play.
Every step that used to be manual now runs automatically.
Result
A new client app takes about two hours instead of several weeks. The SaaS can say yes to new restaurants without planning weeks of developer time for each one, and every app goes through the same pipeline.
For the same provider I also built the reservation app and a WhatsApp AI assistant.
